He has learnt the trade by doing for more than twenty years, working with amazing clients within a variety of business areas. Mostly, it has been a combination of business and system development, like implementing new ways of working, architecture or tools.
Jan is an enabler with a holistic view and has an eye for alternative solutions. He exerts both strong management skills and effective leadership by utilizing innovative and creative abilities to motivate and coordinate efforts. Jan believes in taking the time to do something right, the first time. It’s important for those who are trusted with delivering value to others to be aware of the power they have.
In recent years, Jan has been focusing on implementing operational, organizational, cultural change and harmonization projects, thus supporting transformation and change in work streams. He is used to gathering information and data, modelling of processes, requirements elicitation and consolidation, assessing impact of changes to people, systems and processes and creating relevant documentation.
