Ref case 1, Diaverum
Diaverum runs dialysis clinics in 19 countries, using different types of clinic systems. Diaverum requested one common system supporting all clinics in all countries taking all, documented as well as undocumented, requirements into account.

Working process
Diaverum had different types of requirements driving different aspects of their project and of the development of their system. As a result, they had different regulatory requirements in the different countries, performance aspects and functional requirements from the users. User training is expensive, which is why user friendliness and learnability are important requirements on systems with many users.

Ref case 3, Diaverum
Diaverum runs clinics in 19 countries, and requested a business critical system that would manage a team where the members are located far away from each other.

Diaverum gave us the assignment to provide them with a tool that support an agile kanban project setup with a multi-site development team. Additional requirements included traceability, full integration with source control/CM and a common place for documenting and gathering knowledge.

Our customer runs factories all over the world for manufacturing of packaging material. The manufacturing process consists of several steps, all managed and maintained by a dedicated and customized IT system. The system receives orders from the ERP system and returns statistics and production information back. The manufacturing system should support all planning and production processes within a factory. The mission for the project was to develop a new production management system, on a new technical platform including new processes for development.
